Location
Cavtat is located about 20 minutes south of
Dubrovnik on the Adriatic highway, a 15 minute
drive from the airport.
The town is on a small peninsula at the base of the
hills. The front of the town faces the Adriatic and the
rear faces beautiful Tiha Bay.
Beaches
Cavtat is surrounded by all types of beaches. There
are sandy and pebbly beaches, cement piers and
shingle beaches--long flat rocks above the water.
The nearby town of Plat also has a number of
beautiful beaches.
